We're hiring a Reservation Consultant with 1–2 years of experience in travel bookings and ticketing. This role focuses on managing end-to-end reservations for flights, hotels, and tours, prioritizing accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has hands-on GDS expertise and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage flight, hotel, and travel bookings via GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, email, and online channels.
- Process booking changes, cancellations, and reissues.
- Recommend tailored travel options based on client needs and budgets.
- Maintain accurate booking records and pricing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Business (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in travel reservations or ticketing.
- Proficiency in GDS systems (mandatory).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
