Job title (Assistant Manager) (Max Saket)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To make Max Healthcare “Hospital of Choice” for the allocated region’s people & Doctors.

To effectively interface with the trade physicians and patients for promoting the services offered by the hospital.

To demonstrate ability to implement sales promotion and relationship building initiatives.

To create database of potential doctors & nursing homes / hospitals across Allahabad. •

To conceive plan and organize CMEs /OPDs/Camps other programs for MECP physicians.

Responsible for newsletters to MECP doctors.

To convene regular meetings and performance reviews involving team members and Team Leaders, MECP Relations.

To maintain and track ‘doctors’ performance vis-à-vis MECP Relations Targets.

To achieve target revenue of MECP Team.

To manage MECP Relations team / provide leadership to the MECP Relations team to achieve their targets.

To recruit, retain & develop MECP doctors for the units.

To maintain overall self-presentation and policy adherence.

Regularly attending sales meeting & training sessions.

Ensuring 80% business comes from TOP key specialties.
Experience & Qualifications
-
4 to 8 years of relevant experience
-
Healthcare is preferable
-
Graduation
