Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be working on the Simpler Better Collections Program and developing business and technical requirements for people, process & technology changes.
This is a technical role that works closely with Business and IT Stakeholders.
It is important to have a technical background and some prior application development experience.
Training and on-the-job learning will be provided to upskill the successful applicant.
You'll need to be a proactive, independent person and enjoy working collaboratively with team members and stakeholders from a range of areas on the program, including credit risk, collections, engineering, and architecture.
Providing advice, defining, and enhancing the rules and configuration of the new strategic group platform.
Analyse systems, processes, and applications to provide recommendations for enhancement and development.
