Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell Solar Inverters and Solar Modules. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B/B2C sales, channel partner development, dealer management, EPC coordination, and achieving sales targets in the solar industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through dealers, distributors, EPC companies, installers, and direct customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key customers.
- Appoint new dealers and distributors in assigned territories.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with the technical and service teams for project execution.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert them into successful orders.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
- Maintain daily sales reports, CRM updates, and visit reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and dispatch.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Solar Inverter, Solar Module, Electrical, Power Backup, or Renewable Energy sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and strong sales aptitude may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
