Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and service-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support the management team in maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of restaurant, bar, and service staff
- Ensure smooth floor operations during service hours
- Maintain guest satisfaction and handle customer concerns professionally
- Train and motivate team members on service standards and product knowledge
- Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and grooming standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service flow
- Assist in inventory control and stock management
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety regulations
- Prepare shift reports and assist management with operational planning
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage service or supervision
- Strong communication Confident, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of restaurant/bar operations and customer service standards
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and flexible shifts
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
