Matha Offset Printers is looking for an experienced, energetic, and target-driven Printing Press Manager to lead our operations and grow our business. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the printing industry who can manage both production and sales while building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the printing press.
- Generate new offset printing business from companies, institutions, and corporate clients.
- Visit customers, generate leads, and convert enquiries into confirmed printing orders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through field visits and business development.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with production, design, dispatch, and delivery teams.
- Ensure all jobs are completed on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders.
- Follow up with existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Monitor workflow and ensure smooth press operations.
- Take complete ownership of business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Printing Press or Printing Industry.
- Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Responsible, honest, self-motivated, and disciplined.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
