Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their service/repair requirements.
- Prepare accurate job cards and explain service details, costs, and timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians and monitor progress of service jobs.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service/repairs.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate when required.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in customer handling role in automobile industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
