Job Description
A high-impact AVP role sitting at the intersection of pre-sales, solution architecture, and offering development across Consumer Goods, Banking & Financial Services, Insurnce, and Manufacturing verticals. You will lead pursuit teams, architect AI-first Salesforce solutions, and build the IP that differentiates us in the market.
Key Responsibilities

RFP & Pre-Sales: Own end-to-end RFP/RFI responses for mid-to-large engagements ($1M+); lead pursuits from qualification through orals; develop win themes, proposals, and executive presentations

Estimation & Commercial Solutioning: Build effort estimates and staffing models; structure commercial constructs (T&M, fixed-price, managed services) that are competitive and margin-conscious

Solution & Technical Architecture: Design scalable, best-practice Salesforce architectures; lead discovery workshops and C-suite briefings; govern solution transition from pre-sales to delivery

Offering Development: Build industry-specific accelerators, POV assets, and go-to-market propositions; contribute to thought leadership and Salesforce partner events; mentor architects and pre-sales consultants

Pre-Sales Track Record:

Led and won large Salesforce RFPs ($1M+ deal sizes) in an SI environment

Built detailed estimates and structured complex commercial deals
Leadership & Communication:

Executive presence with senior executives; strong written and verbal communication

Ability to lead cross-functional pursuit teams without direct authority
