Job Summary
REAL Property Commercial Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth within the commercial real estate segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, business development, commercial property transactions, relationship management, and revenue generation.
The role requires a strong understanding of sales processes, client management, negotiations, and the ability to build long-term business relationships with corporate clients, investors, and business owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, investors, channel partners, and corporate decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, property demonstrations, and site visits.
- Manage the complete sales cycle.
- Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate successful deal closures.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and transaction management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, Commercial Leasing, or B2B Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional business relationships.
Preferred Experience
- 5 to 10 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Commercial Real Estate experience will be an added advantage.
- Existing corporate network and client relationships preferred.
