About the Role
FareHawker is looking for an experienced Senior Travel Executive who can handle air ticketing, group flight bookings, fare negotiations with airlines, and client coordination. The candidate should have strong knowledge of domestic and international travel bookings, airline policies, and GDS systems.
This role requires someone who can manage large travel requests, communicate with airlines, and provide the best travel solutions to clients efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Air Ticketing & Reservations
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings.
- Manage ticket issuance, reissue, cancellations, and refunds.
- Provide best available fares and routing options to clients.
Group Travel Management
- Handle group flight bookings (10–500+ passengers).
- Coordinate with airlines for group fares and seat blocking.
- Manage passenger name lists and ticketing deadlines.
Airline Coordination
- Communicate with airline sales teams for fare quotations and negotiations.
- Follow up with airlines for group confirmations and approvals.
Client Management
- Interact with corporate clients, travel agencies, and MICE companies.
- Provide travel solutions based on budget and schedule requirements.
- Maintain professional communication via email and phone.
Documentation & Operations
- Maintain booking records and passenger details.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies and ticketing rules.
- Manage travel documentation and itinerary preparation.
Required Skills
✔ Experience in group ticketing and airline negotiations
✔ Good understanding of international and domestic travel policies
✔ Excellent communication and client handling skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business
Experience in corporate travel
Knowledge of international routing and airline alliances
