· Strong knowledge of SMT, Back-end aur Testing operations
· Process knowledge of Solder Paste, Reflow aur Wave profiling
· Hands-on experience in ESD precautions aur PCB marking
· Knowledge of Stencil development aur Gerber file usage
· Experience in machine programming – Pick & Place, SPI, AOI
· Ability to work on cycle time reduction, cost optimization, aur P&L analysis
· Handling multiple production projects and daily production activities
· Knowledge of QMS standards – ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, EHS
