Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Dispatch & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily dispatch, packing, and warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dispatch planning, inventory coordination, documentation, and team supervision to ensure smooth and timely delivery of finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily packing, dispatch, and warehouse activities.
- Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules as per delivery timelines.
- Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and loading of finished goods.
- Maintain dispatch records, invoices, delivery challans, and stock registers.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate stock records.
- Verify dispatch quantities and documentation before shipment.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare daily dispatch, inventory, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI, Diploma, or Graduate in any discipline.
- 5–7 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience in supervising warehouse or dispatch teams.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory documentation.
