Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Contact prospective customers and explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with prospects until closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and documentation teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate regulations.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Real Estate Sales, Telecalling, or Direct Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
