Sales Manager – Luxury Real Estate
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales function for luxury residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in the real estate industry with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing high-value client relationships, leading sales teams, and driving successful project launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project sales and revenue targets.
- Drive lead conversion through effective sales planning, customer engagement, and relationship management.
- Monitor sales performance, sales pipeline, and inventory movement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations, property site visits, negotiations, and customer meetings.
- Ensure timely closure of sales transactions and completion of all required documentation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Candidate Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle, customer acquisition, and channel partner management.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong professional references from previous employers are preferred.
