Job Title: Career Immigration Sales Manager/ Executive
Role Overview
The Career Immigration Sales Manager/Executive is responsible for counseling clients, generating sales, and guiding individuals through immigration pathways such as PR (Permanent Residency), work visas, and study abroad options. This role blends consultative selling + client advisory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Handle inbound and outbound leads for immigration services
- Convert inquiries into paid clients through effective counseling
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Upsell additional services (IELTS coaching, documentation, etc.)
2. Client Counselling
- Assess client profiles (education, work experience, goals)
- Recommend suitable immigration programs (Canada PR, Australia PR, UK, etc.)
- Provide accurate information about visa processes and timelines
3. Lead Management
- Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails
- Maintain lead status and updates in CRM
- Build a strong sales pipeline
4. Documentation Coordination
- Guide clients on required documents
- Coordinate with processing/visa teams
- Ensure error-free submission support
5. Market Awareness
- Stay updated with immigration policies and changes
- Track competitor offerings and pricing
Key Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
- 2–6 years in:
- Immigration sales
- Career Immigration/ B2C sales / Visa consultancy
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude can be considered
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills (English + Hindi + regional language like Telugu is a big advantage)
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of immigration programs (preferred)
- CRM handling experience (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)

- Fixed: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA (based on experience)
