The role:
We are looking to recruit a professional who can make an instant connection with the customers, provide video consultation and create a great experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Video consultation to customers
- Explain the treatment process, highlighting the benefits
- Get trained in and use 3D imaging technology
- Sell our clear aligner system to patients
- Provide best-in-class customer experience to toothsi customers
- Regular follow ups with potential clients/ patients
- Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary.
Requirements:
- BDS/MDS Qualification Freshers with BDS/MDS degree are also welcome.
- Great communication skills and ability to pitch the product to prospective customers
- Quick learner and eager to learn new things
- Customer centric mind set and keen on providing solutions to customers
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
