*Job Summary*
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in logistics billing, vendor reconciliation, and financial controls, along with the ability to build scalable processes and lead high-performing teams.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Validate vendor invoices against agreed rate cards, contracts, and service terms.
* Analyze cost structures, rate revisions, and their impact on margins.
* Maintain and update rate cards (standard, seasonal, and ad-hoc).
* Ensure all billable activities are captured to prevent revenue leakage.
* Reconcile data between WMS, billing systems, and finance/ERP systems.
* Drive data cleansing initiatives in collaboration with operations teams.
* Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership review.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and client teams.
*Key Requirements*
* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Sum ifs, Power Query preferred).
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
