Qualification: BE. Mechanical
Experience: 8- 12 years in industrial Projects Engineering, Procurement, and Construction.
* Project Planning & Scheduling
Prepare The Scope Matrix Based On The PO Received from The Clients.
Based On The PO/ LOI Prepare & Declare The Bar Chart to The Clients & Internal Departments for
The Geared Up of the ongoing Project Activities.
Coordination with The Different Disciplines of Design, Engineering, Purchase, Qc, Store,
Dispatch, Account & Customer Support.
Submit The GAD, Civil Dwg., P & ID, Tag Sheet, Instrument Schedule to The Clients & Getting
Approval from The Clients for The Further Project Activities.
Basic and Details Engineering as Well as Field Engineering (Mechanical).
Review of Engineering Documents Like Drawing, P & IDs, Procedures, Specification for The Project
Prepared by EPC Stake Holders, Vendors & Sub Vendors.
Allotting Works to the Contractors.
Carrying Out Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Activities.
Prepare Purchase Order Specifications & Provide Technical Clarification to Stake Holder & Vendor
During the Process of Vendor Finalization.
Prepare Activity Schedule, DPR and Tracking the Material.
Monitoring Program and Project Performance of Both Internal & External Service Providers.
Review and Approve Design Changes Related to Mechanical.
Support Construction, Pre-Commissioning &Commissioning Activities at Discipline Level.
Inspection & Testing, Installation & Commissioning of Rotating-Static Equipment & Piping, Loop
Testing.
Resolve Conflicts Between Engineering Design and construction.
Responsible Planning & Executing of The Work and Scheduling of the Phase-Wise Project Status.
Preparation of BOQ for Projects.
Prepare Daily Progress Reports and Precise Technical Report.
Prepare Monthly Progress Reports and submit it to internal department & clients (Covering Design,
Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Qc, Dispatch & Site Progress)
Basic Experience in Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation Work.
Working Knowledge of Pipe, Pipe Fittings, Valves, Piping Support, Insulation and Equipment
Installation.
Verifying& Checking Material Certificates and Test Certificates.
Successfully Completed Numerous Projects Within a Strict Time Schedule and Cost & Quality Control.
Maintain Documentation Like a Drawings, Manuals and Standards etc.
Adherence to All Safety, Environmental & Health Rules and Regulation.
Site Inspections, Progress Review Meetings, Notification of Delays and Lapses to the Contractor.
PSSR of all equipment’s installed as per the PSSR guideline.
Power & Process Boiler Erection, Commissioning &Maintenance.
Power & Process Boiler Drawing Preparation Including Piping, Ducting, Cable Tray Route Approval
and Finalization.
Reading GA Layout, Plan Layout, Isometric Drawings & P&ID.
Perform Inspection and Verification of Incoming Material as Per Project Requirement.
Erection and Execution of All Projected Related Structure.
Performing Welding Inspection Activity.
Material Planning and Scheduling.
Planning and Executing of the Work So as to Achieve the Target as Planned.
Allotting Works to Efficient Contractors.
Preparing The Protocols for Completion of Fabrication Work.
Getting The Customer Satisfaction On the Job and Thereby Making Smooth and Quick Progress.
Erection and Commissioning of Boiler, Storage Tanks, Piping and Valves.
Performed Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Post Commissioning Activity On Site and
Prepare Document.
Performed Leak Test of Boiler, IBR Pipe Line and Storage Tank in Presence of Client as Well as
IBR Authority and Perform Hydro, Pneumatic Test at Site.
Prepare Reports for Day to Day Results and Present Them in Weekly Review Meetings of Both
the Company and Client.
● Develop project schedules with clear critical paths.
● Track progress, identify slippages early, and implement corrective actions.
● Prepare and monitor project budgets and commitments.
● Prepare and share the Daily progress report (DPR) during the project execution.
2. Project Execution & Coordination
● Manage day-to-day site execution.
● Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Civil, Procurement, Electrical, Instrumentation,
EHS, etc.) to remove bottlenecks and maintain project pace toward the target
completion date.
● Ensure contractors and vendors follow the defined fabrication, delivery, and
installation sequence.
Maintain and control all project documents — drawings, revisions, MOMs, schedules,
vendor submissions, inspection reports, permits, and commissioning records.
● Track document updates systematically and ensure circulation of the latest versions
to all stakeholders.
4. Site Management
● Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with engineering
standards.
Prepare punch lists and ensure timely closure by vendors.
● Identify and resolve site issues independently through coordination with
vendors and internal teams.
● Ensure strict adherence to safety and statutory norms.
* Vendor & Contractor Management
● Review vendor proposals and technical documents thoroughly.
● Verify material bills, ensure traceability, and certify work measurements at site.
● Ensure timely processing and posting of vendor bills.
● Follow up rigorously with vendors and OEMs to prevent delays in supply, fabrication,
and execution.
● Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Required Skills
● Strong AutoCAD competency for layouts, isometric drawings, and P&IDs.
● Solid understanding of engineering drawings and field execution.
● Proficiency in MS Project , Excel and SAP
● Able to have communication with vendors, OEMs, and internal stakeholders
Preferred Industry Experience
Chemical plants, boilers, evaporation systems, spray dryers, ETP/WWTP, or similar
industrial project environments.
