Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and execute civil construction activities at our KAG Factory. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial/commercial construction projects and be capable of managing site execution while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion as per project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Verify drawings, measurements, BOQs, and quantities.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards.
- Monitor material usage and maintain site records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Resolve technical issues arising during execution.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of civil construction practices and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
- Good understanding of RCC, masonry, finishing, and structural works.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 2–4 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in industrial projects.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage site activities independently.
