We are Urgently hiring for Real Estate Sales Executive !
Location : Noida Sector 63
Experience : 6 months - 2 years
Working days : Tuesday to Sunday ( Monday off)
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and site visits.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients.
- Present project features, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and documentation processes.
- Stay updated on project details, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.
Required Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
