Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Engineer – QA/QC with 2–3 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or MEP projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections, maintaining quality documentation, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and quality management systems at the project site.
- Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and ongoing construction activities.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements before execution.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including ITPs, inspection checklists, and quality reports.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients for inspections and quality approvals.
- Identify non-conformities (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor testing and commissioning activities as per quality standards.
- Support internal and external quality audits and maintain proper documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 2–3 years of QA/QC experience in Construction, Infrastructure, or MEP projects.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and quality standards.
- Experience in site inspections and quality control.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
