Job Title: Bank Surveyor
Job Type: Part Time, Field Based.
Job Description:
- We are looking for enthusiastic and detail oriented individuals to conduct incognito mystery bank surveys across assigned branches.
- The purpose of the survey is to assess customer service quality and operational efficiency at bank locations.
- Selected candidates will receive training and a structured questionnaire to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned bank branches as a regular customer and complete the survey discreetly.
- Observe and evaluate customer service, staff behavior, and branch environment.
- Record observations accurately in the provided questionnaire.
- Submit survey reports within the given timeline.
- Ensure confidentiality of all survey related information.
- Candidates will receive a payment of Rs. 500 per successful visit.
- Candidates are required and should b willing to travel for work.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any graduate final year or pursuing.
- Must be available to complete all allotted surveys.
