We are seeking an experienced and versatile Private Chef to cater to a family of five in Goa. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing a variety of cuisines, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and delivering high-quality meals tailored to the family's preferences and dietary requirements.
- Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for the family.
- Cook a wide range of cuisines, including Indian, Continental, Asian, Mediterranean, and other international cuisines.
- Plan weekly and monthly menus based on family preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- Source, inspect, and manage groceries and kitchen inventory as required.
- Maintain exceptional standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Prepare meals for guests, family gatherings, and special occasions when needed.
- Manage food storage and minimize wastage.
- Accommodate specific dietary requirements and preferences.
- Proven experience as a Private Chef, Personal Chef, Executive Chef, or similar role.
- Strong expertise in multi-cuisine cooking.
- Ability to prepare healthy, nutritious, and restaurant-quality meals.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy in a private household environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Culinary certification or formal hospitality training.
- Previous experience working with private residences, HNIs, or expatriate families.
- Knowledge of special diets and nutrition planning.
