We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the real estate sector.

Location: Whitefield, Near Kundalahalli Metro, Bangalore
Experience: 1 – 6 Years (Real Estate Industry Preferred)
Salary & Benefits: ₹40,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month with performance-based incentives up to ₹40 Lakhs
Work Mode: In-Person

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Generate new business opportunities and client leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Track team performance and ensure revenue growth
- Coordinate with management for sales planning and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 – 6 years of sales experience in real estate
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Good understanding of the real estate market
