Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage end-to-end coco peat production operations.
2. Plan and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
3. Monitor pith yard, sieving, drying, buffering, compression, baling, and packing operations.
4. Ensure product quality as per customer specifications and export standards.
5. Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
6. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Sourcing, and Dispatch teams.
7. Reduce production downtime, wastage, and operational costs.
8. Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, 5S, and company policies.
9. Maintain production reports, MIS, and inventory records.
10. Drive continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Eligibility
1. Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Agriculture / Industrial Engineering) or equivalent.
2. Experience: 8–12 years in manufacturing, preferably in Coco Peat / Coir Products / Agro-Based Industries, with experience in leading production teams.
