- Welcome and assist patients with inquiries and appointments.
- Address patient concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to resolve issues.
- Provide information about hospital services, procedures, and policies.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Support patient satisfaction and improve overall patient experience.
