- Web Application Development (Core Responsibility):
- Design, code, and maintain custom web apps using Google Apps Script and JavaScript.
- Build and manage interfaces integrated with Google Sheets and Google Sites.
- Ensure apps are optimized for performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Large Data Handling & Management:
- Efficiently manage and automate large datasets across multiple Google Sheets.
- Implement optimized formulas, scripts, and backend structures to prevent lag and failures.
- Automation Systems Creation:
- Create end-to-end automation workflows using Google Sheets, Apps Script, Google Sites, and Looker Studio.
- Automate tasks such as data entry, processing, notifications, and reporting.
- System Maintenance & Improvements:
- Maintain and troubleshoot all existing sheets, dashboards, and web applications.
- Modify current systems and develop new tools as per evolving business requirements.
- Dynamic Dashboards & Reporting:
- Design interactive and real-time dashboards using Looker Studio.
- Convert raw data into actionable visual reports for management.
- Process Understanding:
- Should have working knowledge of BCI (Business Continuity & Improvement) processes.
- Collaborate with departments to understand business needs and automate accordingly.
Required Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Google Apps Script and JavaScript.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining Google Web Apps.
- Strong skills in handling large data in Google Sheets and ensuring performance.
- Hands-on experience with Looker Studio dashboards.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Google Workspace-based MIS systems.
- Background in process automation and system optimization.
- Familiarity with BCI or continuous improvement methodologies.
