Role: Finishing Supervisor
Division: Project Management Consultancy (PMC)
Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai

Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all finishing works on site, including plastering, tiling, flooring, false ceiling, painting, joinery, glazing, and waterproofing.
- Monitor daily progress of finishing activities against the project schedule and flag delays or resource gaps to the Project Manager.
- Inspect completed finishing work for quality compliance — checking alignment, levelness, surface finish, and material specifications before sign-off.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and labour supervisors to sequence work effectively and avoid trade conflicts.
- Raise and follow up on snag lists — ensuring all deficiencies are rectified within agreed timelines.
- Verify material deliveries against approved samples and specifications before allowing use on site.
- Maintain daily site reports, inspection records, and progress photographs as part of the project documentation system.
- Liaise with the client's site representatives during inspections and walkthroughs, addressing observations promptly.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
