Role & responsibilities
Owns the end-to-end execution of all construction projects. Manages general contractors, specialist vendors, budgets, timelines, and quality standards. The single point of accountability between the company's commitment to buyers and the reality on the ground.
- Develop and maintain the master project schedule for all active sites
- Onboard, brief, and manage General Contractors (GC), MEP, and specialist vendors
- Review and approve all work orders, change orders, and contractor bills
- Track project cost vs. budget weekly; flag variances above 5% immediately to ED Operations
- Conduct weekly site inspections and chair progress review meetings with contractors
- Maintain construction progress dashboard and share monthly updates with ED and CX team
- Manage the pre-handover punch list and coordinate closure with contractors within 30 days
- Coordinate with QS on quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and contractor payment certifications
Preferred candidate profile
Civil engineer or construction management professional with experience delivering premium residential projects in Hyderabad / Telangana. Knows the local contractor ecosystem, approvals process, and construction methods for villas. 1015 years in construction / project management with at least 3 years leading premium villa or plotted development projects. B.E. Civil Engineering minimum; PMP certification preferred.
