Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with day-to-day operations, customer coordination, order processing, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, Charts, and Dashboards).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and coordination abilities.
- Experience working with CRM software is an added advantage.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., or equivalent).
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
