Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record purchase invoices, sales invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare journal entries and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
2. Project Accounting
- Monitor project-wise expenses and budgets.
- Track site-related expenditures and vendor bills.
- Verify project cost allocations and maintain cost records.
- Prepare project profitability and cost reports.
3. Vendor & Payment Management
- Process vendor invoices and payment requests.
- Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams regarding vendor payments.
- Maintain vendor account reconciliations.
4. Cash & Expense Management
- Monitor petty cash and site cash expenses.
- Verify employee reimbursement claims.
- Maintain cash books and expense registers.
- Ensure proper supporting documents for all expenses.
5. Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns.
- Handle TDS deductions, payments, and returns.
- Handling invoice and eway bills
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
6. Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports.
- Assist in preparation of profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
- Generate cash flow reports and budget variance reports.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
7. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain accounting files and financial documents.
- Ensure proper storage of invoices, contracts, and payment records.
- Assist during audits and financial inspections.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 3–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, or Manufacturing industries.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
