We are looking for an experienced VMC Operator Cum Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The candidate should be capable of independently operating VMC machines and preparing programs as per drawing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate VMC machines.
- Create and modify CNC/VMC programs.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters.
- Ensure quality of machined components.
- Perform machine setting, tool offsetting, and process optimization.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality departments.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade.
- Experience in VMC operation and programming.
- Knowledge of G-Code, M-Code, tooling, and machining processes.
- Ability to independently handle machine setup and production.
- Experience: 3–8 Years preferred.
Salary
₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month
(Final salary will be based on experience, technical skills, and interview performance.)
