Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Full Stack Developer to build, scale, and maintain our web platform and its core management dashboard. You will be a foundational member of our technical team, taking ownership of the project from end to end. Your primary focus will be creating a fast-loading public website and a secure, data-rich backend dashboard that visualises analytics, manages user permissions, and processes data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Dashboard & Visuals: Build interactive, high-performance data charts, graphs, and administrative grids for the user dashboard.
- Authentication & Security: Implement secure user registration, multi-factor authentication, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Responsive Frontend: Develop a fast, mobile-friendly main website and an intuitive administrative interface.
- API & Systems: Create robust, scalable backend APIs to seamlessly feed data from the database into the front-end dashboard panels.
- Long-Term Maintenance: Monitor website performance, fix bugs, optimize database queries, and continuously roll out new feature updates.
Required Technical Skills
- Frontend UI: Advanced proficiency in React, Vue.js, or Next.js to build dynamic, fast-rendering dashboard components.
- Data Visualization: Experience with libraries like Chart.js, D3.js, Recharts, or ApexCharts.
- State Management: Proven skill with Redux, Zustand, or Vuex to manage complex user sessions and dashboard states.
- Backend & Database: Solid experience with Node.js, Python, or Go, paired with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) for structured data tracking.
- Version Control: Expert knowledge of Git and team collaboration workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WebSockets or real-time data streaming for live dashboard updates.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Vercel, or DigitalOcean) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong UI/UX sensibilities to ensure the dashboard is clean, logical, and easy for non-technical users to navigate.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
