- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the centre.
- Provide Ayurvedic consultations and guide patients with personalized treatment plans.
- Counsel patients with empathy, helping them understand their health conditions, treatment journey, and lifestyle modifications.
- Build strong relationships with patients to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
- Lead, mentor, motivate, and supervise the entire centre team, including doctors, therapists, reception, and support staff.
- Ensure smooth coordination between all departments for efficient operations.
- Monitor appointments, patient flow, treatment quality, and service standards.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, discipline, and compliance with clinic protocols.
- Handle patient concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Drive patient retention, referrals, and overall centre growth.
- Monitor inventory, medicine stock, and operational resources.
- Prepare reports on centre performance and achieve business and operational targets.
- Foster a positive, caring, and high-performance workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) (Mandatory).
- MD (Ayurveda) will be an added advantage.
- Valid registration with the relevant Ayurvedic Medical Council.
- 5+ years of clinical experience, with prior experience in managing a healthcare or wellness centre preferred.
