Job Description:
Vishal Foods is looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounts Executive to lead our Accounts department and contribute to our continued success. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Accurately record and maintain daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
· Ensure all entries are up-to-date and reflect the true state of the company’s finances.
· Utilize Prime accounting software for recording transactions and generating financial reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding invoicing, payments, and account queries.
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and financial reviews.
Requirements:
· At least 2 years of experience in Accounts departments.
· Strong proficiency in Prime accounting software.
· Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
· Must have basic knowledge of Excel, Email and Computer use.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
