Job Summary
We are looking for a Finishing Supervisor to oversee finishing works for residential and commercial projects, ensuring quality execution, timely completion, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise finishing works including flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, and joinery.
Monitor site execution to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and site teams.
Conduct site inspections, identify defects, and ensure timely rectification.
Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate material requirements.

Qualifications
Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Bachelor's in Interior Designing or a related field.
5+ years of experience in finishing works in the real estate industry.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
