We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to design and develop engaging, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user experience principles, modern UI design, and front-end development technologies to create responsive and accessible applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to improve product experience.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
- Develop responsive and interactive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered designs.
- Ensure consistency by maintaining and following design systems and style guides.
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Identify usability issues and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and usability standards.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design techniques.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with prototyping, animation, and interaction design.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of back-end technologies and APIs is an advantage.
