We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to lead our admissions and sales department. In this dual-focus role, you will be responsible for driving student enrollment, managing the complete documentation process, and leading a high-performing sales team to meet institutional growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify and engage with prospective students to drive admissions for various safety and vocational courses.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and track the performance of the sales and counseling team to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met.
- Admission Management: Oversee the end-to-end enrollment process, including initial counseling, fee negotiation, and final admission.
- Documentation: Ensure the accurate collection, verification, and systematic filing of student documents and academic records.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies and marketing outreach programs to increase the institution's visibility.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed CRM records and provide regular reports on team productivity and enrollment pipelines to senior management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Admissions, preferably within the educational sector.
- Leadership: Strong ability to manage and motivate a team toward achieving collective goals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively counsel students and represent the institution.
- Organizational Skills: High attention to detail regarding documentation and administrative processes.
- Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
