About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end business operations while ensuring operational excellence, team productivity, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience managing multi-location operations, leading cross-functional teams, driving procurement or supply chain activities, and improving operational processes through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple locations to ensure smooth business execution.
- Drive operational efficiency while meeting business objectives, KPIs, and service-level targets.
- Manage procurement operations, vendor relationships, sourcing activities, and inventory coordination.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operational teams through regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Monitor operational metrics including productivity, conversion rates, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Customer Support, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process improvement initiatives.
- Analyze operational data and prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
- Resolve operational challenges and customer escalations in a timely and effective manner.
- Optimize resource utilization, workforce planning, and scheduling to improve operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, channel partners, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, productivity improvement, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 4–7 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Store Operations, Logistics, or City Operations.
- Prior experience managing multiple teams or operations across multiple locations is preferred.
- Experience in automotive, EV, mobility, retail, logistics, or e-commerce industries is an advantage.
