Food Preparation & Cooking: Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients. Execute assigned dishes or components according to exact recipe standards, taste profiles, and plating guideline
Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor stock levels for your station, assist with accepting deliveries, and ensure strict food rotation (FIFO) to prevent spoilag
Hygiene & Safety: Maintain Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards, including temperature logs, correct food labeling, and daily/weekly deep cleaning of the workstation.
Team Leadership: Guide and assist junior commis chefs, ensuring they follow recipes and maintain proper grooming and sanitation standards
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
