We are looking for an Fresher or experienced VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator proficient in Cimatron software and familiar with Fanuc, Haas, and Mitsubishi controllers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining VMC machines to produce high-precision components as per engineering specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up VMC machines using Fanuc, Haas, and Mitsubishi controllers.
- Interpret technical drawings, CAD/CAM files (especially from Cimatron), and work instructions.
- Perform tool selection, offset setting, and machine calibration.
- Load raw materials and inspect finished parts for quality using measuring tools (vernier, micrometer, CMM, etc.).
- Optimize machining processes to improve cycle time and maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and suggest improvements.
- Ensure machines are properly maintained and cleaned after use.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
