We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Manager to join our growing team in Surat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects
- Manage project planning, timelines, budgets, and delivery
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather business requirements
- Configure, test, and validate ERP solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams and external consultants
- Conduct user training and ensure successful go-live
- Manage project risks, issues, and vendor coordination
Requirements:
- 5+ years of ERP implementation experience
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Good understanding of ERP modules and business processes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field (MBA/MS preferred)
