Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Guide students throughout the admission process.
- Handle fee discussions and fee collection.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Admission Counselor, Academic Counselor, Career Counselor, or EdTech Counselor.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong experience in student counseling, admissions, lead conversion, and fee collection.
- Experience handling outbound calls and converting leads into enrollments.
- Graduation is mandatory (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., BCA, MBA, or equivalent).
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working on weekends.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods will be preferred.
Preferred Candidates
Candidates with experience in organizations such as Byju's, Unacademy, Physics Wallah, Vedantu, UpGrad, NIIT, Career Launcher, CollegeDekho, or other EdTech companies will be preferred.
