About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads & Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating quality leads, improving ROI, and scaling ad campaigns through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL (Cost Per Lead).
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and ROI.
- Set up and manage:
- Meta Pixel
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Conversion Tracking
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with the content, design, and web development teams to improve campaign performance.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and recommend scaling strategies.
- Identify new opportunities for lead generation and remarketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta and Google advertising trends, policies, and algorithm updates.
Required Skills:

- Meta Business Suite

- Google Search Console
- Experience with conversion tracking and event setup.
- Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads Certification (Preferred).
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate/Professional (Preferred).
- Experience with CRM integrations and lead management systems.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing is an added advantage.
Experience Required:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of generating leads and achieving measurable campaign results.

Salary:
₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
