Key Responsibilities
1. Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, keywords, and inventory.
2. Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement strategies to improve revenue and conversions.
3. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, discounts, bundles, and marketing activities.
4. Manage inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
5. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, customer service, and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment.
6. Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and customer support while maintaining service standards.
7. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
8. Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
9. Monitor marketplace performance metrics and implement improvements to maximize sales and profitability.
10. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and business partners.
11. Prepare sales reports, performance analysis, and recommendations for business growth.
12. Lead and supervise operational staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
*Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
*Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
*Proficiency in MS Excel, analytics tools, and marketplace dashboards.
*Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet sales targets.
* 10 years of experience as E commerce manager
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
