Job Title: Nurse – Clinical Notes Reviewer (US Shift)
Job Description:We are looking for a qualified Nurse with minimum 1 year of hospital experience to join our team as a Clinical Notes Reviewer. The role involves reviewing and analyzing clinical documentation related to patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyse clinical notes and medical documentation Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical records Identify missing or incorrect information in documentation Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Work closely with the internal team to ensure quality review
Requirements:-
Registered Nurse (RN) / BSc Nursing / GNM- Minimum 1 year hospital experience- Good understanding of clinical documentation- Strong attention to detail- Basic computer knowledge- Good written and verbal communication skills
