We are seeking a highly experienced BIM Coordinator to support and lead BIM coordination on large-scale projects in the Middle East. The candidate must have strong technical BIM expertise, excellent English communication skills, and mandatory hands-on experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
- Develop, manage, and review BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and lead coordination meetings
- Prepare and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD matrices, and coordination reports
- Ensure BIM deliverables comply with client requirements and Middle East project standards
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients across multiple stakeholders
- Manage model updates, version control, and data exchange through CDE platforms
- Support construction teams with BIM-based coordination and technical solutions
- Mentor junior BIM team members and provide technical guidance
- Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs aligned with project schedules
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- 8–14 years of BIM experience, including Middle East project experience
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) – mandatory
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD – mandatory
- Proven experience in BIM coordination and interdisciplinary model management
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, shop drawings, and coordination workflows
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC / BIM 360)
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 and regional BIM standards
- Experience working on large commercial, residential, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects
