As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate Creative Content Creator to help us tell our story through engaging videos and impactful visuals.

What You'll Do
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos and Instagram Reels.
- Create high-quality graphics for social media, digital ads, websites, email campaigns, and marketplaces.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute content calendars, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Capture product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, and founder-led content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and translate them into engaging brand content.
- Ensure all creative assets align with Bawse Baby's brand identity.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form content, and social media trends.
- Creative mindset with a good eye for design, storytelling, and aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Freshers with an outstanding portfolio are encouraged to apply.
Bonus Skills
- Photography and videography.
- Motion graphics or animation.
- Experience working with D2C or e-commerce brands.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools.
