JOB Description for Senior Manager (AI Consulting)
Role Summary
Lead AI-led transformation for global Automotive clients across Marketing, Sales, and After-Sales. Own the AI strategy, portfolio, and value realization while guiding multi-disciplinary teams to design, deliver, and scale AI/Agentic AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Strategy & Portfolio Leadership

Define AI vision, strategic themes, and multi-year roadmaps for key Automotive accounts.

Shape and manage a portfolio of high-value AI use cases linked to clear business KPIs (revenue, margin, CSAT, productivity).
2. Client Advisory & Stakeholder Management

Act as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders (CXO / VP / Director) on AI opportunities, risks, and prioritization.

Translate complex AI concepts (LLMs, GenAI, Agentic AI, ML models) into simple, outcome-focused narratives.

Lead executive workshops and account planning for AI growth.
3. Operating Model, Governance & Risk

Design AI-enabled Target Operating Models: roles, skills, processes, and governance forums.

Define AI governance principles covering data privacy, compliance, Responsible AI, and model risk management.
4. Delivery & Program Ownership

Lead end-to-end AI programs from discovery and PoV through pilot and scale-up, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ensure quality of deliverables, manage risks and dependencies, and handle escalations across geographies and accounts.
5. People Leadership & Practice Building

Build, mentor, and grow a team of consultants and Managers.

Drive capability-building (playbooks, templates, assets, training paths) for Automotive AI and Agentic AI.

Contribute to thought leadership (PoVs, articles, conference talks) and lead pre-sales, RFPs, and orals.
Experience & Skills

12–15+ years overall experience, with significant exposure to Data/AI transformation and Automotive (CX, Sales, After-Sales).

MBA – Tier / Tier 2 Business School + Computer Engineering Background (preferred)

Proven track record leading AI/analytics programs and cross-functional teams in a consulting or digital transformation context.

Strong business and financial acumen: comfortable with P&L impact, ROI/TCO, and KPI design.

Agentic AI / Gen AI Implementation Experience in Automotive Industry – Highly preferred

Knowledge of LLM / GenAI ecosystems, RAG and vector databases, and integration into enterprise landscapes (CRM, DMS, CDP, ERP, etc.).

Excellent communication, executive presence, and storytelling skills.
