About Waterleaf Architects
Waterleaf Architects is a Hyderabad-based architecture and interior design studio working across hospital interiors, bespoke residences, and commercial offices. We're currently scaling our BIM team to support a 9 million sq. ft. hospital interiors program with KIMS Hospitals.
Role Summary
We're looking for a BIM Junior Coordinator to support day-to-day model coordination across our interior fit-out projects. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on BIM coordination experience on large healthcare projects, working under an experienced BIM team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating BIM models across architecture, interior, and MEP disciplines
- Support clash detection checks and maintain issue tracking logs
- Help maintain drawing schedules and issue logs across multiple projects
- Learn and apply office BIM standards, templates, and coordination workflows
- Assist senior coordinators in preparing for coordination meetings and resolving design queries
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in BIM coordination, modelling, or documentation
- Working knowledge of Revit, exposure to Navisworks or clash-detection tools is a plus
- Basic understanding of architectural/interior drawing sets and coordination workflows
- Willingness to learn office-standard templates and processes
- Good attention to detail and communication skills
- Exposure to healthcare, residential, or commercial projects is a plus

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
